Slip-on Flanges, Weld Neck Flanges, Blind Flanges, Threaded Flanges.
Slip on Flange is essentially a ring that is placed over the pipe end, with the flange
face extending
from the end of the pipe by enough distance to apply a weld bead on the inside diameter.
The OD of
slip on flange is also welded on the back side of the flange

The blind flange is basically a flange that does not have a hub or a bored center. Blind
flanges have
the face thickness of a flange, a matching face type, and similar bolting pattern. Blind
flanges can
also be used to seal a nozzle opening on a pressure vessel.

Threaded pipe flanges are the special type of flanges which can be attached to the pipe
without
welding. Threaded flanges are threaded in the bore which matches an external thread on
the pipe.
Threaded pipe flanges is just like to slip-on pipe flanges that are used with pipes that
have external
