Stainless Steel Schedule Swing Check Valve Supplier in Saudi Arabia

Schedule Swing Check Valve

Our Swing Check Valves (Schedule) are heavy-duty, non-return valves designed to prevent backflow in industrial process lines. Manufactured from high-grade SS 304 and SS 316L, these valves are specifically engineered to match the flow characteristics of Schedule 10 and Schedule 40 piping systems. Featuring a robust flanged design and a precision-swinging disc, they offer low pressure drop and reliable sealing for B2B applications in water treatment, chemical processing, and power generation.

Product Overview

The Swing Check Valve is the industry standard for preventing backflow in large-diameter, high-flow piping systems. Unlike spring-loaded check valves, the swing mechanism relies on the force of the fluid flow to open the disc and gravity (or back-pressure) to close it, making it ideal for horizontal installations where minimal pressure loss is a priority.

Low Pressure Drop & Full Flow

Designed with a “full port” internal geometry, the disc swings completely out of the flow path when the valve is fully open. This ensures that the valve creates negligible turbulence and pressure drop across the line, maintaining the efficiency of pumping systems in Schedule 40 high-volume headers.

Heavy-Duty Bolted Bonnet Construction

Safety and ease of maintenance are central to the design. The bolted bonnet allows for internal inspection and cleaning of the seat and disc without removing the entire valve body from the pipeline. The seal is achieved through a high-precision metal-to-metal seat or an optional resilient seat, providing a bubble-tight shut-off against back-pressure.

Industrial Metallurgy

Fabricated from AISI 316L (CF8M), our check valves provide exceptional resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and erosion. The low carbon content ensures the valve remains chemically stable even when exposed to aggressive industrial media, ensuring a long service life in harsh B2B environments.

Applications

  • Pumping Stations: Protecting industrial pumps from water hammer and reverse flow damage when the system is shut down or power is lost.

  • Wastewater Treatment: Preventing back-contamination in large-diameter effluent and aeration lines where high flow rates are required.

  • Chemical Processing: Managing the one-way flow of corrosive fluids and solvents in SS 316L pipelines, ensuring process integrity.

  • Power Generation Cooling: Reliable backflow prevention in secondary cooling loops and steam condensate return lines.

  • Marine & Offshore: Durable non-return valves for seawater intake, ballast systems, and fire-main headers on offshore platforms.

  • Oil & Gas Midstream: Protecting compressors and meters in hydrocarbon transmission lines from sudden reverse pressure surges.

  • Pulp & Paper Industry: Managing the flow of process water and chemical stock in large-scale filtration and bleaching sections.
