Slip On Flanges are among the most widely used flange types in industrial piping due to their straightforward installation and versatility. These flanges “slip” over the pipe and are welded both internally and externally to provide the necessary strength and prevent leakage.

Unlike weld neck flanges, these do not require a perfectly beveled pipe end, reducing preparation time and labor costs. The double-fillet weld (inside and outside) provides the durability required for standard industrial pressure ratings.
