Product Overview
The Sanitary Sampling Valve is a critical component for quality assurance, allowing operators to extract representative product samples without compromising the sterility of the main process line. Our valves are engineered to prevent cross-contamination and ensure that every sample taken is a true reflection of the product batch.
Aseptic Design for Purity
The internal mechanism utilizes a precision-machined plunger and a high-grade EPDM or Silicone diaphragm. When the valve is closed, the plunger creates a flush seal with the inner wall of the pipe, eliminating “dead legs” where bacteria could grow. This design ensures that the valve can be fully sterilized during Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) cycles.
Ease of Operation and Sterilization
Featuring a ergonomic manual handle or a pneumatic actuator, these valves allow for controlled sample extraction. The discharge port is designed for easy connection to sterile tubing or sample containers. Many of our models also include an auxiliary “mini-port” for steam or alcohol sterilization of the valve seat before and after the sampling process, ensuring a truly aseptic extraction.
Premium Material Construction
To withstand the aggressive cleaning chemicals and high-purity requirements of the food and pharma industries, our sampling valves are exclusively manufactured from AISI 316L Stainless Steel. Every valve is polished to a mirror finish, ensuring that no microscopic product residue remains after cleaning.
