Product Overview
In systems where space is limited and frequent maintenance or modularity is required, the Threaded Gate Valve is the ideal solution. Unlike flanged versions, these valves screw directly onto the pipe, significantly reducing the overall footprint and installation time while providing the same trusted gate-style isolation.
Precision Non-Rising Stem Design
To further save space, our threaded gate valves typically utilize a Non-Rising Stem design. The internal wedge moves up and down along the stem as it rotates, but the stem itself does not move vertically. This makes the valve perfect for tight enclosures or locations with vertical height restrictions, common in skid-mounted industrial equipment.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Despite their compact size, these valves are built for industrial durability. The bodies are cast from CF8 (304) or CF8M (316L) stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to internal and external corrosion. The wedge is precision-ground to ensure a metal-to-metal seal that remains tight even in systems with minor particulates or thermal cycling.
Engineered for Schedule Piping
These valves are specifically designed to bridge the gap between heavy industrial performance and utility-scale convenience. The female threaded ends allow for a direct, high-strength connection to Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 pipes using standard thread sealants, ensuring a leak-proof joint without the need for welding or complex flange alignment.
