Product Overview
The Industrial Non-Return Valve (NRV), or Check Valve, is the primary safety mechanism in process piping. Unlike manual valves, the NRV operates automatically based on flow pressure, protecting sensitive equipment like pumps and compressors from the catastrophic effects of “water hammer” or reverse flow.
Built for Industrial Rigidity
While hygienic valves focus on surface polish, our Schedule NRVs are designed for brute strength. They are cast from ASTM A351 grade stainless steel, offering heavy-wall thickness that matches the pressure ratings of industrial schedule pipes. This ensures that the valve body can withstand the thermal expansion and mechanical stresses common in chemical refineries and water treatment plants.
Advanced Backflow Prevention

Our standard industrial range features the Swing Check design, which offers a low pressure drop and full-port flow. For vertical lines or high-pulsation environments, we also offer Piston/Lift and Dual Plate configurations. Each valve is precision-machined to ensure a tight seal (Metal-to-Metal or Viton/PTFE seated) even at low back-pressures.
Material Integrity
By utilizing SS 316L (Low Carbon), our check valves provide exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. This makes them ideal for aggressive media, including saline water, acidic chemical compounds, and untreated industrial effluent.
