Precision Machined NPT/BSP Threads
We offer these valves with both NPT (National Pipe Thread) and BSP (British Standard Pipe) configurations to match your regional and technical requirements. The threads are precision-cut to ensure a tight, durable seal when used with standard industrial sealants or tapes, making them suitable for water, oil, gas, and chemical media.
Full Port Design and “Swing-Out” Maintenance
Unlike many standard valves, our 3-piece threaded series features a Full Port (Full Bore) design. This ensures that the internal flow path is consistent with the pipe’s diameter, preventing pressure drops. Furthermore, the 3-piece construction allows the center section to be removed for seat or seal replacement by simply backing off the body bolts—eliminating the need to unthread the end caps from the pipe.
Robust Industrial Construction
Forged and machined from AISI 316L Stainless Steel, these valves are built to resist atmospheric corrosion and chemical attack. Each valve is equipped with a blow-out proof stem and a locking handle to prevent accidental operation, ensuring safety in high-traffic industrial environments.
