Product Overview
The Hygienic Ferrule Set is the foundation of modular sanitary engineering. Often referred to as a Tri-Clamp or Tri-Clover assembly, this system allows for the rapid connection and disconnection of pipes, valves, and equipment without the need for threading or permanent welding at every joint.
Aseptic Joint Design

The defining feature of our ferrule set is the “flush” internal interface. When the two ferrules are compressed against the gasket by the clamp, the gasket expands to fill the interior groove perfectly. This creates a smooth, continuous flow path with no crevices or “dead legs” where bacteria or product residue could hide. This design is a core requirement for effective Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) operations.
High-Purity Metallurgy & Finish
To meet the rigorous standards of pharmaceutical and food-grade environments, our ferrules are exclusively machined from AISI 316L (Low Carbon) or AISI 304 stainless steel. Every wetted surface is mirror-polished to Ra < 0.6μm. The low carbon content is critical during the welding process to ensure the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) remains as corrosion-resistant as the rest of the tube.
Universal Compatibility
Our ferrule sets are engineered to be fully compatible with major global standards, including SMS, DIN, and ISO. The tapered flange design ensures that even under high vibration or thermal cycling, the joint maintains its vacuum-tight seal.
